Well...remember Blackbeard gave Shanks a nasty scar before he even got the devil fruit, as you can see Blackbeard didn't eat the devil fruit until around when Luffy started his pirate journey and Shanks already got the scar around when Luffy was just a little tot

I hate to admit this but I think Tech is the strongest because of his devil fruit power. But without it he's nothing. If Tech didn't have devil fruit powers then I'd choose Doflamingo. |
