since teach isnt a warlord anymore, I'd say its between Donquixote Doflamingo and Mihawk................ Kuma is now dead, hancock is strong but i dont think she is anything compared to the others and moria got his ass kicked by a rookie Luffy and his crew.
Mihawk consistently stayed as a strong character, even rivaling Shanks ( who we all know is strong as hell) . However we dont know much about Doflamingo except that he had an insanely high bounty. So we cant really gauge their powers............ So ya I'd say its between those two |

So ya I'd say its between those two i totally agree, since teach isnt a warlord anymore, he technically isnt a valid choice anymore even when he was he was still weaker than Kuma once Doflamingo shows more of his power we will be able to definitively make an assessment, until then i'm sayin Mihawk b/c everyone recognizes him as the strongest swordsman |

I think Teach is a wimp. But if no one defeats him soon, I could see him getting really powerful. But for now, my bets are one Mihawk!
