I almost think it's sad to say, but right now I have to give it to Final Fantasy 13. I really liked Eternal Sonata and Blue Dragon, but FF13 is pretty damn good.
I used to play Final Fantasy games all the time, in high school I decided to play FF1-9 all together. I got part way thru FF8, my save was lost, my backup save was a little while back and that game just couldn't keep my interest enough for me to want to keep playing it (and to have to replay some of it) so that's where I left. After FF6 (and a little in FF7) I think the series went in the wrong direction, nothing unique, nothing great. But man, FF13, I hate to say, has restored my faith in the future of the series haha. |

If you are a big square fan (like me) you should look into FFXIII, The Last Remnant, and Infinite Undiscovery. But if your into more sci-fi Square also released Project Sylpheed and the action is heart pounding and the story is really good

i know ill be in the minority but my Favourite would have to be Infinite Undiscovery. It was one of the first games i got for my xbox 360 back in 2008 and one of the first game were i really cared about the characters.I was literally depressed for about a week when a certain unblessed died and the ending give me a little tear in my eye. All in all it was a wonderful adventure

Do ports of old sega games onto the 360 count?
Mine would be Shining Force from the sega collection game. It's incredibly addicting. |

Tales of Vesperia for sure. Lost Odyssey follows it up. Those two games were amazing! over 50 hours for each game.
