The most creative minds in America, with the largest budget imaginable, and yet, those bastards still can't make a decent film. Why?

Well, I wouldn't say that. There were some good movies that came out during the years.

I can agree,some of the movies are bad, but why blame them? It all falls on a person's perspective of what a good movie is.
What you may like, others may not and vice versa.

It's the people who write the scripts of the movies [I dunno who they get to write those scripts]. Hollywood is just a neighborhood in LA that has historical studios and etc. Most movies were at it's best in the past anyway that were filmed in Hollywood. It's also the top executives I guess who have something to do with the movies being released, I dunno really.
