Great to see that it's available. As some of the other members here, I simply do not remember which episode I was on and that's a problem when there are 280-some odd episodes (as of this post).
Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide I vaguely remember a female character being imprisoned and, of course, eventually rescued. I think that she was going to be executed or such? Hah! It's difficult to remember. |

you said bleach was free to all, now your saying anime members only, wow talk about stupid.
i think ill go back to HULU where it is free to watch episodes 1-109& up.
hulu.com everyone its free, plus their subs are near identical to crunchyroll so hell you wont miss out on anything.

They're not near identical, they are identical. Viz Media does the translations for both the Bleach episodes on Hulu (or their very own site) and Crunchyroll. It would do well to get your facts straight before spouting off like that.

hulu.com is also restricted to US only, so this is indeed great news for premium members from other parts of the world :p
seeing many free members going "thx a lot!" for a series they can't watch is somewhat sad though, looks like many missed the "premium members only" part of the announcement... :/

Just so you know, the reason why people who aren't premium members are asking why it isn't for them as well is this:
Starting next Tuesday, June 8th at 2:30am PDT (yes that's AM), the latest arc beginning with episodes #266-#273, and the latest simulcast episode #274 will be available for Premium Members. Tentatively, the following week on June 15th, episodes #266-#274 will be available to all viewers, and the latest simulcast episode #275 will be available to Premium Members. Every Tuesday at 2:30am PDT, we'll be adding the latest simulcast episode immediately after Japan TV broadcast, and one week later for all viewers. We are planning to catch up on the older episodes as well. More information will be provided on the older episode catch up schedule at a later date.
If anything, the episodes are only available to premium members for now, and may be released for the non-premium member at a later time. I don't really have to worry about it, since I can go onto VizAnime and watch it, so it doesn't really get me upset, but as I said, there's no "premium members only" part in the announcement, and if there is, please provie proof.

Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide Ichigo crashes the execution in 54 followed by the final encounters before the arc ends at 63. 64-109 are fillers. I'd go for a complete rewatch of 1-63 :)
Concerning the member/non-member thing. Are people aware just how cheap the anime membership is?

Anyone who's a fan of Bleach should want to watch all episodes then decide for themselves whether a filler arc was worth watching or not.I'm new to Bleach and have watched episodes 1-135 and can't wait for the other ones I've missed.Go Ichigo!

WTF! I've been asking for this for sometime and no one would respond to my email!!! I freakin watched all the episodes on other sites and most of the quality was crapy. Just when I am caught up, this is released! DAMNIT!!!!!!!!
