Yes launched earlier this month, http://www.anime-on-demand.com/

I hope it picks up and gets most of the show to broadcast in the UK, CR needs some compitition so they can realise they cannot scew over us UK customers (and other non US members) all the time, its really unset me that CR has not got this anime for the UK
