That and it ain't available for the "other" smartphones. Why is iPhone and Android so special? I got a Samsung w/ AT&T, and I can't even get custom ringtones on it.

Yeah I can't watch it in Australia either :(
I feel like we in these countries are paying the same as everyone else but getting only half the popular shows!
Also I would prefer if the 'license restricted' stuff were listed but in a different colour or something - Blue Exorcist doesn't show up in my Anime listing at all and I wondered what this was talking about at first.

If you cannot watch a series on the website (meaning CR has no license for your region), then there would be little reason in offering you an app that could not play the video.
