At first: My internet is just 1MB.

To watch a 1080p anime I have to stay loading de video, but if I leave from my home, and stay with video opened, when I back the video will be all able to watch?

Or it only charges up to a part and then stop to load?

I don't know about that, but I did kinda had the same problem. tyna watch it in 1080p with poor internet connection, but I solved that problem by switching from wifi to cabled internet witch is superfast now and I can watch it without any headache.

There's a minor issue with leaving the video paused for extended periods of time.
When you come back and click play the audio most likely will be missing.
