Blank Slate by Aya Kanno (If though the anime might turn out short because there's only two volumes as far as I know) , The Gentlemen Alliance Cross by Arina Tanemura, Psycho Busters by Akinari Nao and Yuya Aoki. Wait, I forgot, has Black Cat been made into an anime already? Cause if it isn't, it should be. ^.^

Drifters - This manga is freaking awesome. It has excellent artwork, a good story and characters, great action, and even manages to throw some good comedy in there occasionally.

Regarding Black Cat, it's already been made a 24-episode anime. Funimation has the license to the anime series which can be watched here: http://www4.funimation.com/video/?page=show&b=11
