We know his father was a Shinigami but we know nothing of his mother. She could of been a normal human just able to see spirits like Inoue and Chad but then why would Aizen be interested in Ichigo. I think the boss speaks the truth. Ichigo mother was a Quincy so he is part shinigami, part hallow and part quincy making him one hell of a shinigami

Allonan 8182 cr points Send Message: 32 / M / USA Offline	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 10/30/12 damn they threw me a twist in this chapter... well i knew his mother had to be something but if she was a quincy then did that hollow we thought kill her really kill her or was it something else because come on now if she is quincy she wouldn't have died from something like that. she would have just been born and never trained just had huge spiritual pressure? oh well i see holes but i'm down i want to see this crap last as long as the aizen arc and lets anime several more seasons :)

pewternatural 2380 cr points Send Message: 28 / M Offline	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 10/30/12 I kinda saw that one coming once he was able to use the Quincy technique, hopeful we will get a turn back the pendulum type arc that goes into Ishin's past and sheds more light on him, Ishida's dad, and kiske, it seems those 3 have some common threads. This is just something i'm throwing out as a guess with no basis, but i wonder if Ishida's dad and Ishin are brother inlaws and thats why they have the frenemy relationship.

With Kubo killing off several characters at a time and making Ichigo invincible? :/ I don't know. Apparently, this is supposed to be the one of the last or last arcs to finish the series.

Can anyone tell me what episode or chapter? Also now that the people left they should be going back in time for several chapters explaining wth happened at the beginning when the old man let that boss quincy go because i'm very curious i don't like being thrown shit without explaining things a lil bit somewhere down the road.

If he is then that's a severe cop-out If he is then I severely underestimated how bad this is. An all-powerful main character is boring and no fun.
